Why Most Business Strategies Fail Before They're Even Executed
Most strategies look convincing in the boardroom. The slides are clear, the targets are ambitious and everyone nods. Yet months later, very little has changed on the ground.
The gap is rarely the plan itself. It is the conversations that never happen: managers who don't translate goals into weekly priorities, teams who don't know what to stop doing, and hand-offs where context quietly gets lost.
Execution is a people skill. When leaders can explain the 'why' simply, set clear ownership and hold short, honest check-ins, strategy turns into daily behaviour.
Start small: pick one strategic priority, name one owner, and agree on one visible weekly measure. Momentum comes from clarity, not from more documents.
